Flawless Med Spa & Wellness is a local, woman-owned family business founded in Albuquerque in 2011. We opened our doors with the goal of providing world-class beauty and wellness services to anyone, regardless of background or budget. Since then, we have grown into an inclusive, welcoming fixture of New Mexico’s beauty and wellness scene with thousands of happy patients from both sides of the Rio Grande River.
Our medical spas were designed to be comfortable, calming, and discreet; a pleasant escape from day-to-day stressors. No, seriously. One of the central components of our business is bringing the most advanced aesthetic technology to New Mexico. Our team attends national trade shows for training every year in order to always provide cutting edge service without compromising safety. We were one of the first in the state to adopt CoolSculpting Elite, an enhanced dual-sculpting technology that is also FDA-approved. Flawless Med Spa was also the first in New Mexico to utilize PicoSure Laser technology, a superior tattoo removal process that removes tattoos 50% faster than other lasers.
We offer both Galderma and Allergan products, and are Diamond Level Partners with the latter. We specialize in both on and off-label injectables. Our staff go through rigorous training that is at a minimum of 30 hours before even seeing a patient. They continue to invest 30-50 hours of additional training each year.
We attend national conferences such as the Medical Spa Show, where we learn the latest advanced techniques from injection experts. We are also proud members of the American Med Spa Association, in company with other top-tier med spas in the country.
We sell our medical-grade, highly effective skincare line at each of our locations. Sunscreens, cleansers It’s important to know that department store skincare lines are nowhere near as effective as clinically tested products.The Flawless Skin Care line is comparable to other high-end medical-grade products, at a lower price.

We handpick the nurses that take care of our patients. Each one undergoes comprehensive training that we developed together with board-certified plastic surgeons. Our expert nurses are professional and warm. It is not uncommon for our patients to say ‘I love my results - what can I do next?’
